What can we do?

Although we work differently to most Surveyors we still offer the full range of services.  Including

  • Acquisition
  • Rent Review / Lease Renewal
  • Project Management
  • Dilapidation’s
  • Property Management
  • Strategic Overview

How do we work?

When we start working with a business we:

  • Read the leases, and build a tenancy schedule
  • Visit each property, measure it and check for legislation compliance

We can then prepare a plan, which means that you can tell how much your property costs you, and when property events are due.

We work all over the UK, and wider where required.  Our central location gives us easy access to most areas and our Property Managers are accustomed to working with the different legislation’s between England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
